Department of Veterinary Physiology & Biochemistry

With the beginning of Khalsa College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences in February 2010, the Department of Veterinary Physiology and Biochemistry was created with two Assistant Professors. Gradually the facilities in terms of Laboratory space, equipment, glassware and chemicals etc. were procured. At present, the Department is fully equipped and competent to provide practical knowledge to students of B.V.Sc. & A.H. in terms of physiological and biochemical aspects. The department is well-equipped with Physiology Laboratory, Biochemistry Laboratory, Biotechnology Laboratory and Analytical Equipment & Maintenance Laboratory.
